So Long, Sweet Summer

The end of summer always signifies a “back-to-reality” mindset for me. I’ll miss hanging out with old friends, making new friends, summer love, and most of all just relaxing in the warm summer nights listening to my favorite songs of the season. There is just this feeling of relaxation and freedom that summer always brings. Although the heat was sometimes unbearable, the cool drinks and blue ocean managed to be enough of a distraction. But I’m more than ready for fall, the most beautiful season of the year. When the leaves are painted different colors and the weather seems to be just right. But until next year, it’s been a good summer. No regrets (maybe just a few nights i can’t remember but my summer can’t be complete without a few of those :p )

So here is a compilation of songs of bittersweet goodbyes and new beginnings, re-inventions, summer romances and everything in between. Enjoy!

  1. You have got a nice topic here but you must have gone into additional detail seriously it would’ve made a lot more sense that way.
